Dominaria United is Magic: The Gathering's fall Standard set released on September 9th. Dominaria should be familiar to players as the original MTG sets took place on the plane. Also, Dominaria United's Magic Story and the main set include well-known planeswalkers, tribes, and locations. Dominaria United includes 41 legendary creatures, returning pain lands, and exciting planeswalkers for players to collect and play. While many of Dominaria United's mythic rares and rares fell in price post-release, multiple chase cards continue to sell for a premium. Boros is one of Magic the Gathering's ten guilds from Ravnica: City of Guilds. Red and White are the MTG colors that align with Boros. Boros is probably best known for aggressive creatures and excelling at combat. Getting creatures through combat is what Boros does best. Boros synergies well with equipment, artifact, and aggressive creature strategies in the Commander format. Several Boros cards in Commander see extensive play across RW decks. Boros Charm and Gisela, Blade of Goldnight are two examples of popular Commander deck inclusions for Boros. Multiple planeswalkers, including Karn, Teferi, and Jaya attempt to unite Dominaria against the looming threat.
A premier MTG set returning to a familiar plane usually contains new MTG cards that synergize well with older cards. Fan-favorite tribes, including Elves, Goblins, and Merfolk add new cards that should excite players, but a lesser-known tribe is causing price spikes.
